These training sessions will include a warm-up and dynamic stretching, followed by various workouts to build endurance, agility, and strength that can be applied to all sports. Basics of kickboxing will be mixed into the sessions as part of the workout and to teach the kids fundamentals of self defence. Each session will wrap up with a cool down game/exercise as well as tips for what the kids can continue to work on to make the most of their training between sessions.
